PHILOSOPHY

Years of training myself and numerous clients, I have learnt a lot on how to get the most out of a person's potential to make a transformation. I truly believe there is no easy way out. No one can motivate you to make a change in your lifestyle or physique or anything for the matter of fact unless you want it bad enough. If you do, then no sacrifice will be a burden.

A transformation needs complete dedication to get the most out of the effort that you input. If you want optimum results, then everything in a day should be aligned for that sole purpose. You can work out like the 8 time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman in the gym but if you do not eat clean or sleep well enough, you will never make a the change at the rate you should be or worse you will never do. Anyone who tells you that it is easy is lying. If it was, everyone would have a shredded physique.

My objective is to guide anyone who is very serious and motivated to make a change to their physiques that will in turn change their lifestyle. A physique that you earn through hard work will give you the confidence, work ethic and discipline to carry over to other areas of life and other goals  that you set for yourself.

This is the HOLY TRININTY of transformation. It is 100% effort on diet. 100% effort on training. 100% consistency.

If any one of the three falls short, then the rate of improvement and progress will not be optimal. The return on the hard work put in will not be as expected. This leads to demotivation and quitting. But once these three are at 100%, that's when the magic happens. For some the rate of change might be quick, for some a little slower. But one thing is a guarantee. There WILL be a change.

TRAINING PLAN

The times of sending workout programs in a excel sheet or word is over. Yes they do have everything a client needs to know and follow and it does work. There is no problem if the person is so disciplined and motivated and follows that program to a 'T'. But what about those people who need a little push? what about those people who need an eye on them regularly. Accountability was one thing that was missing. Finally, I have found a solution. I am going to take how structured my triathlon training is to the field of strength & conditioning.

DIET PLAN

The Diet plan will be customized to your goals, preferences, and other needs. It will contain all the rules, protocols and everything that you will be needing. The key here is the use of MyFItnessPal app. You will be adding me as your coach and you will also learn how to keep track of calories, macros and upload all these in the right quantities into the app. I will be on top of your diet throughout the transformation program. NO GUESS WORK. 

All the information you will be receiving from my end will be with you for life and help you be on top of your dietary habits at any point in your life.
